GSK's US Oncology Belamaf brand Team is looking for a Director, Peer-to-Peer Marketing

As the Director Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing you will focus on developing the Peer-to-Peer strategy of the brand, build and execute speaker programs and other Peer-to-Peer opportunities aligned to Belamaf strategy set. This role reports directly to the US Brand Lead.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Partner with insights and analytics team and HCP Lead to ensure deep understanding of the Multiple Myeloma market and support the HCP operational/ launch plan
  • Drive national and regional Peer-to-Peer marketing campaign strategy & tactical process (goals, planning, content creation, execution, KPIs)
  • Ensure comprehensive approach to identification and monitoring of key thought leaders and strategic accounts and ensure appropriate commercial resources coordinated and deployed.
  • Oversee speaker's bureau strategy and development of peer-to-peer programs (GPO & Third Party)
  • Develop and implement an integrated National commercial advisory board plans to inform brand strategies.
  • Develop congress plans, including commercial booth panels and materials, as well as pre and post launch congress media
  • Work closely with Thought Leader Liaison team to identify key external experts
  • Maintain close relationships with key / strategic customers, industry influencers, and our sales teams
  • Possess strong leadership, scientific and business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and ensure compliance to all GSK policies.
  • Partner with brand(s) in overlapping customer base to optimize outreach and programming efforts, e.g., dual brand deck and programs
  • Ensure adherence to GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing and confirm that codes are implemented and applied appropriately

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree & 5 plus years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Marketing
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestic travel to congress, professional meetings and advisory boards

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Marketing experiences should result in demonstration of the following.
    • A comprehensive understanding of advanced marketing concepts including market analysis, consumer behavior, branding, positioning, and strategic planning
    • Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of marketing tools and techniques such as advanced digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, automation software, and CRM systems
  • Hematology/Oncology Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply regional data and analyses to drive high impact business decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies, vendors and consultants in support of marketing plans and field team needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution.
