As a Partner Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that foster strong partnerships and drive mutual growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams and assigned external partners, you will identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and optimize marketing campaigns. Your role will involve crafting compelling marketing plans, managing co-marketing efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with assigned partners, enabling collaborative solutions that benefit both parties and contribute to overall company success. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential for driving impactful marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess potential partner opportunities that align with our business objectives.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies for partner initiatives.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners, including co-branded materials, digital marketing efforts, and event opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners regarding marketing initiatives and support.
  • Work closely with alliances, sales, and technical teams to align partner marketing efforts with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create engaging marketing content tailored to partner needs, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Required - 5 to 8 years of Partner marketing or channel marketing experience, demonstrating a track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
  • Project management experience to oversee co-marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
