Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process, in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers.
The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Mebane, NC.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
*Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
*Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
*Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.

Qualifications for the role
  • Associate's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
  • Intermediate level SAP experience.
  • Strong Excel experience including pivot tables, vlookups, formulas.
  • Shop Floor Controls (SFC) experience preferred.
  • Pick to Light (PTL) experience preferred.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
