Patient Relations Specialist Job Summary: Here at BridgePoint, the Patient Relations Specialist serves as the liaison for patient and/or patient representative, responsible to ensure adherence to patients' rights related to patient complaints and grievances. Overseeing the patient satisfaction survey process and reporting of results as directed. Reviewing and responding to corporate compliance reports related to patient care complaints. Reporting all related data to appropriate hospital committee, or administrative team as requested. The Patient Relations Specialist will serve as a role model for the highest level of customer service to the patient relations staff and others throughout BridgePoint Healthcare. Education: Associates degree Ideally in Healthcare, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication and/or Business Development or equivalent combination of education and experience. May require up to 1 year of technical or other specialized training. Licenses/Certification: None Experience: Approximately one to two years of progressively more responsible job related experience including supervisory experience, conflict management/resolution, family services or high level hospitality service preferred. Demonstrating trouble-shooting and highly developed interpersonal skills diplomacy, empathy and proficiency in the use of computer and excellent writing skills.
