Overview Department Information
The Office of Graduate Education is looking to expand its team of Enrollment Services Specialists. The chosen candidate for this Enrollment Services Specialist II position will join a current graduate admissions team of 4. This role will assist with various duties that support customer service, admissions, and enrollment across all Georgia Tech graduate programs (on-campus and online). This position reports to a Graduate Admission Manager. Job Summary
Perform verification of admission application information and documents submitted for prospective students and provide related customer services. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: graduate program coordinators, graduate students, applicants, and graduate studies staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: Admissions staff. This position will supervise: N/A. Responsibilities
