Bilingual Executive Assistant (Japanese/English) Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid work environment: 2-5 office days, flexibility required) Please note, this is a 12-month temporary position, through our Staffing Partner, DZX. The Bilingual Executive Assistant will report to the Vice President, Global Accounting & Treasury. This position also supports the Sr. Director(s) and their respective teams. The Assistant will act as a critical liaison between the US, EU, and the Japan office, providing executive administrative support while ensuring smooth communication and coordination across multiple time zones and cultures.
