About the Role:

The Digital Marketing team plays a vital role in driving growth at PitchBook through innovative digital strategies that support Sales and Customer Success. The team thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to challenge the status quo are encouraged. The Senior Digital Insights Manager is an individual contributor role focused on delivering qualitative and quantitative insights that enable data-driven decision-making. This position will drive reporting, analyze performance trends, and develop compelling stories that help guide digital marketing strategies and operations. This role will support insights across always-on, campaign, and product launch digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with data analysis to provide actionable insights that improve marketing performance within and across channels.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead the reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance, providing insights to improve decision-making
  • Analyze trends and performance metrics across various channels to inform strategic recommendations
  • Develop data-backed stories that highlight key takeaways and provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to align digital insights with broader business goals
  • Manage dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for digital marketing optimization
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested



Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and storytelling through reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with big data platforms like Snowflake is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and departments
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive decision-making
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation



  • Annual base salary: $118,000-$140,000
  • Target annual bonus percentage: 10%



*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:

We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
