SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Reporting Manager, this associate is responsible for supporting the Commercial Document Preparation area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage Inbound Pipeline of Commercial Documentation requests
  • Review all scanned executed loan document packages for completeness and proper signatures prior to funding and/or onboarding
  • Assist in authorizing loan fundings
  • Index all scanned documents and prepare electronic loan file for onboarding
  • Track and maintenance ticklers for the receipt of original documents
  • Track collateral exceptions and follow up as required
  • Support Loan Documentation Specialists as required
  • Support Loan Servicing in the on-boarding of loans as required
  • Order departmental supplies and order the support requests for maintenance of office equipment
  • Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:



  • High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of one (1) year administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
