Overview

Position is hybrid following training. Rotating weeks in-office and remote. In office weeks are located at our Administrative Service Center in East Petersburg, Pa. (near Lancaster)

Hours are 8:00-4:30 Monday - Friday. Occasional need to work until 5:00.

Addresses the maintenance and posting needs of all open loans including but not limited to: system coding updates; general ledger entries; posting credits and debits to loan accounts that could not be processed through automation; resolving Aperio tasks; researching, analyzing, and monitoring reports to determine and complete required maintenance; and assisting in quality control for Fulton Financial Corporation.



Responsibilities

    Post credits and debits to loan accounts. Post loan related transactions to customer accounts including principal reductions, extensions, backdated transactions, reversal of return items, suspended item corrections and participation payments' when applicable. Manually calculate and post interest adjustments when back dating is not possible due to system limitations. Communicate with lender and collections to obtain guidance or authorization on transactions when needed.
  • Complete customer workflows in a timely manner. Complete various lender requests including billing and payment inquiries and corrections, coupon book and LOC check reorders, fee waivers, line of credit freezes and other various loan maintenance requests. Perform various loan coding updates including automatic payment setup, change, deletion, credit reporting delinquency updates and due date changes as appropriate within respective departments. Communicate resolution to requester in a timely manner as required.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to ensure accurate and compliant servicing of accounts for credit and debit transactions, automatic payments, matured loans, credit lines and outstanding billings.
  • Fraud Risk Review Perform review of transactions to identify high risk or unusual transactions.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 - $22.40.
