Excelitas Technologies has an immediate need for aSr.Financial Analystin Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A background with a multi-national, publicly traded manufacturing company is preferred. This position will report to the VP, Corporate FP&A. Primary responsibilities will include managing one or more corporate function budgets, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. In addition, this position will collaborate with the global finance team and executive leadership to identify and utilize data metrics, optimize forecasting, and drive value.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis;
• Drive initiatives to evaluate and monitor performance;
• Partner with function leaders to evaluate historical data and develop forecasts;
• Collaborate on recurring projects, including developing the annual operating plan and long term strategic plan;
• Prepare, evaluate, and monitor financial data for major investments and capital projects;
• Drive continuous improvement toward standardization of reporting and master data;
• Prepare internal and external presentations in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Support government audits as needed.

Must Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
• Must be highly self-motivated and eager to increase knowledge;
• High degree of professionalism with the ability to present clear and concise presentations;
• Must be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong Excel skills;
• PowerPoint skills;
• Onestream or Oracle HFM Experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years experience with a publicly traded organization;
• SAP experience.
