Dermatology Nurse Supervisor OVD Clinic Admin Bayfront Full Time 82408BR Job Summary The Supervisor 2 is responsible for coordinating patient care within the Dermatology Clinics. They work with physician leadership, RN Manager and Administrative Manager in setting and accomplishing annual goals. The Supervisor 2 works with staff to develop, monitor and maintain systems pertaining to all aspects of nursing care and clerical support for the practice. They supervise all clerical and administrative staff, facilitating positive interaction among staff, patients, and other departments within the Medical Center. In the supervisory role, they work to establish and promote teamwork among practice staff. The Supervisor 2 ensures a safe environment for patients and staff. The Supervisor 2 is clinically competent at the CN III level. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $113,500 - $258,100 (Annual Rate). We provide the most comprehensive skin cancer treatment program in northern California, are the region's only vascular anomalies center, and provide a complete psoriasis treatment program.
