Position Summary: Commercial Account Manager

AVDG is looking for an experienced Account Managerresponsible for generating new business and winning sales and meeting ambitious sales goals of AV integration commercial, smart home, or enterprise solutions and systems. You will collaborate with our engineers and other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of our design/build integrated systems to clients. From identifying potential leads to cultivating client relationships and closing deals, you'll play a crucial role in positioning our company as an industry leader.

We are seeking an individual with an authentic passion for AV design-build of world-class smart system technologies. The ideal candidate shares our company values of customer first, respect, integrity, and passion -- for excellence --for "smart" technologies for residential, MDU, commercial, or enterprise projects.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:



  • Generate quality leads to expand our customer base through all methods.
  • Develops and implements strategies and forecasts to maintain and boost sales contributing to month-over-month growth.
  • Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall needs, objectives, and requirements to identify solutions and business opportunities.
  • Prepares and conducts technical/product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Performs site visits to document field conditions, initial system descriptions, and equipment lists, submitting to engineers for finalization.
  • Generates proposals with the scope of service, identify concerns, schedule, and payment terms.
  • Submits sales order package (PO, signed proposal, equipment, list, major contractors, and schedule) Attend project meetings as required.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters during product utilization.

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:



  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
  • 0-2 years of low voltage, audio-video, lighting, and/or shades sales experience in a commercial or residential sales environment.
  • Annual quota of $1M

Pay Rate: $55,000 - $ 103,400.00/ yr depending on background and experience.
