Shift: 2nd or 3rd

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product specifications and tolerance levels are met. This role requires expertise in CNC operations, programming, and a strong understanding of manufacturing safety and quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate complex production equipment and manufacturing software

- Follow digital work instructions, blueprints, and guidelines to ensure product specifications are met

- Execute equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production process

- Monitor and maintain control of production/process specifications

- Conduct quality control and in-process production testing

- Set up and modify programs for robotics and vision systems

- Perform troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments to equipment

- Complete all necessary documentation and electronic data entries accurately and timely

- Adhere to company safety policies and support Lean Enterprise initiatives

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required

- 1-3 years of CNC experience preferred

- Previous programming experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

- Strong knowledge in manufacturing safety, technical manufacturing, and basic computer skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T methods

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in shop math and precision measurement tools

- Experience with MS Office and HMI systems

Complexity:

- Works within standard operating procedures

- Works with a moderate degree of supervision
