Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking an Business Analyst/Proposal Coordinator to support our team.



Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    Responsible for drafting, processing, cataloging, filing, and maintaining the correspondence, messages and other documentation.
  • Sub-tasks shall include: word processing, typing, editing, assembling completed correspondence and documents for review, approval and signature
  • Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals.
  • Provides administrative support such as technical writing, proofreading, technical editing of word processing and other computer-based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product
  • Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations.
  • Provide conference support such as marketing, design, social media, booth support, and planning.
  • Performs analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required.
  • Maintain highly organized knowledge management repositories to enable ease in locating current and relevant templates, reference documents, solicitation documentation, drafts and final products.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; and transmitting proposals.
  • Support in office activities such as personal equipment retrieval and processing, shipping, tracking and coordinating with employees.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 1+ years of relevant experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Other Preferred Skills: Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Technical Documentation, Layout Skills, Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented, Coordination, Market Knowledge, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated with Ability to Prioritize Work, Full Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate selected must be able to successfully pass a Government background investigation.
