PALA Interstate, a leading provider of Industrial Construction solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Team Lead to direct our expanding General Construction Operations on the East Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a pivotal role in shaping our future success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage all aspects of field operations, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Financial Performance: Drive operational excellence and profitability through effective cost control and resource management.
• Safety Culture: Promote a culture of safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, with a strong focus on operations management.
• Proven track record of leading Capitol Projects, Maintenance, large-scale, and complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and project controls.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Willingness to travel within the East Coast region.
