Advantage XPO is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is a experienced professional that can thrive in a dynamic environment and is looking for a flexible, part-time role, this opportunity is for you! Shift: Part-time weekend shifts Pay: $30-35 per hour Weekend Shifts Available: Saturday: 6 AM - 6 PM Saturday: 6 PM - 6 AM Sunday: 6 AM - 6 PM Sunday: 6 PM - 6 AM As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support building technology engineers (BTE) and assist with various technical and non-technical tasks, ensuring the functionality of the mechanical and electrical systems at the facility. Your role will include providing technical support to the site's electrician, HVAC technician, and other team members while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Responsibilities: Lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders Perform light carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks Stay updated on safety codes and regulations through training Use voltage testers and multi-meters to check electrical currents Communicate with supervisors and provide status updates on mechanical systems Start up and secure equipment as directed Assist with structural trades and respond to trouble calls Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned Ensure work follows company standards and safety guidelines Record work performed and report as needed Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with basic electrical testing, carpentry, and light maintenance Knowledge of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage Must be able to read and understand English Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details provided upon hire) Overtime available as needed Paid weekly If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a supportive, growing team, click "Apply Now" to get started.
