IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a critical role in the delivery of professional field service for IPG products and customers. The position is remote and will be located in the Northwestern US. IPG Photonics is a global leader and innovator of fiber laser technology. Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, training, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of complex laser sources and optical systems. Supported by the IPG factory technical support team and product engineers, you will troubleshoot and diagnose product issues directly with customers.
