THE JOB:

As a Food Server at Public House, you will be at the center of the guest experience, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, sports-centric environment. From greeting guests to ensuring they enjoy their meals and finalizing checks, you will play a vital role in providing a fun and comfortable atmosphere. If you're passionate about guest service and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

THE STARTING RATE: $14.0487

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take and deliver customer orders with precision, using menu knowledge to recommend and upsell items, including both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Ensure tables are reset quickly and efficiently between guest turns in this high-volume environment.
• Assist with side work, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels in your designated area.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to work on-call, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment handling guest interactions.
• Strong communicator, able to anticipate guest needs and handle minor issues independently.
• Team-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward completing side work and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.
