Hiring for a Temp ED Registration Supervisor in Torrance, CA!
Pay: $35-$37/HR *Description:* Reporting directly to the department director as part of the management team, this position will supervise administrative staff (15 - 18 caregivers with the support of 2 leads) - Will participate in yearly budget, track expenditures, revenues, and patient data for the department - Will participate in staff evaluations, coaching coaching conversations, and performance management - Responsible for patient escalations and resolution to ensure patient care is the #1 priority - Assist and lead team in day to day operations: greeting and patient registration functions: including greeting patients, registration of non-scheduled patients, activation of pre-registered patients, collection of identified patient financial responsibility, obtaining required signatures from patients or family members and inpatient bed placement activities. *Skills:* Customer service oriented, Radiology, Health care, Customer service, Patient registration, Patient access, Epic *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* - Bachelor's Degree in Related healthcare field - 2-3 year Direct supervisory experience for a minimum of ten employees. - Customer service and patient escalation experience is a MUST - ED experience is preferred - EPIC experience required - Excellent customer service skills - Demonstrated computer skills - Able to communicate effectively - Working knowledge of medical terminology About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
