What You Will Do: The Assistant Director of Military Outreach and Enrollment will be responsible for creating a local and regional strategy to position the university as a leader in serving students with military backgrounds and their family members. This individual will also be a key member of the team to develop and lead the national strategy for military enrollment. This position will be responsible for executing the Enrollment and Outreach strategic plan to meet and exceed new student enrollment goals as they relate to engaging and enrolling current and former members of the military. This includes building relationships, lead generation, strategic planning and execution, community engagement, participating and conducting local and regional recruitment events, and working with students to ensure they successfully move through the enrollment process for the military and veteran populations. Essential Responsibilities
Enrollment: Discovers, cultivates, and enroll new student leads and applicants with military background from point of contact through the enrollment process. Collaborate with the enrollment directors, faculty and enrollment teams on a regular basis, providing updates on activity.
