Summary: We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Training Manager to lead our training team and develop our sales training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role involves leading our training team to design customized training modules and workshops to help our salesforce be their best. The Sales Training Manager will collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine training strategies. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for coaching and development are essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales training, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and grow a team. Primary Responsibilities:
