Job Summary

Our growing company is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will assist our project managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This team has been created to execute functional tasks that are not client facing in support of Compass Digital Services Operations. These tasks involve monitoring project plans, executing specific tasks, updating schedules, invoicing and expenses, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and self-manage unique technology implementation tasks assigned, ranging from point of sale, food lockers, frictionless market, and mobile application software integrations and hardware.
  • Collaborate with Technical Delivery Managers to complete assigned tasks and navigate requests from fruition to completion.
  • Tasks include ordering and tracking hardware, submitting and providing access to software and applications, scheduling resources, project financials, as well as sending and compiling survey results.
  • Keep apprised of your task's status, escalate concerns, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Adapt tools and processes to accommodate changes and improve accuracy and efficiencies.

Skills, Competencies & Qualifications We Seek:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
  • Effective organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant or retail technology and terminology including mobile ordering/Ecommerce, point of sale systems.
  • Service oriented collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.
  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.

Bonus Skills/Competencies:

  • Smartsheet experience
  • SCRUM experience
