Posting Date:11/21/2024 What your job will be like: As an experienced Master HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for complex troubleshooting to determine job requirements and repair strategies, identifying required materials, coordinating repair tasks, and performing repairs or providing guidance to those performing the work on the mechanical systems that support the lab's mission. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations associated with Jefferson Lab's real property assets and provide "Quality Assurance Evaluations" of both JLab junior staff Mechanical Technicians and subcontracted services on work assigned and ensure that the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo is used for managing, recording and communicating service and work request efforts under this position's responsibilities.
