Job Description :

Work as Technical analyst for a US based utility client primarily having knowledge of Energy & Utilities business, Meter-to-Cash processes, Meter data management, AMI product knowledge. The work involves working with the existing business team and

Production support team to run the day to day support operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Play SME role for the supported applications ( AMI command Center, Itron MDM, FCS, Fixed Network )

2. Perform business requirement analysis with business stakeholders and users for metering applications to gather business and technical requirements.

3. Work with offshore team to develop new feature and process to meet the Business requirements.

4. Work on executing periodic metering application environment refreshes, interface reconfigurations and ensuring timely readiness of the environments.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with meter reads, meter configurations, rate assignments, remote interrogations, remote commands processing, etc. related production failures in AMI Command Center, MDMS (IEE), CIS (Oracle Customer Care & Billing), and Oracle Fusion Middleware systems to improve the automated way of billing the customer.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve the performance issues with high volume data import (Advance Reading Import - ARI), export (AMI Billing Export - ABE, AMI Data Export - ADE), and aggregation (High Volume Reading Aggregation -HVRA) functions that are very critical for billing and can have significant financial impact if not resolved in time.

7. Develop code, debug code written in C# .Net technologies with good knowledge of database/SQL's( Oracle and SQL Server)

8. Validate multiple applications( AMI command Center,Itron Itron MDM, FCS and Fixed Network ) pre and post monthly patching activities.

9. Perform monthly Annual activities like calendar updates in system, Password changes for all the supported applications.
