AEM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.

Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000/Year to $110,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows to ensure seamless content management and delivery.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AEM with other systems and applications.
• Author and manage content within the AEM platform to ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital channels.
• Oversee the implementation of AEM best practices and standards to enhance system efficiency and security.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain the health and stability of the AEM environment.
• Lead the development of custom AEM solutions to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Provide training and support to content authors and other stakeholders to maximize the use of AEM features.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AEM configurations processes and procedures.
• Implement and manage AEM upgrades and patches to keep the system up-to-date and secure.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AEM-related activities.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM components templates and workflows.
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for AEM-related issues.
• Have a solid understanding of AEM best practices and standards.
• Show experience in conducting system audits and performance tuning.
• Display the ability to develop custom AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Have experience in providing training and support to content authors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent technical documentation skills.
• Show experience in implementing and managing AEM upgrades and patches.
• Have the ability to monitor and analyze system performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
