BI Production Support Lead - Power BI and Tableau (Hybrid)

Job Title: BI Production Support Lead - Power BI and Tableau (Hybrid)

Location: Lake Forest, IL.

Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting solutions using Power BI, and Tableau, Crystal Reports, Cloud Studio - Business Objects.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Lead the design and implementation of data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Provide technical mentorship and support to team members regarding reporting tools and standard methodologies.

Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions to ensure efficient data processing.

Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all reporting activities.

Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve any issues related to data quality or reporting.

Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and solutions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in reporting technologies and tools.

Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the reporting team.

Experienced production support lead with 12 to 16 years of experience.

Expertise in Power BI, Tableau and should be willing to learn other skills like Crystal Reports, Cloud Studio- Business Objects.

Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 - $117,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
