Wage: $20.00/hr.

Responsible for creating client communities in each residence. Works closely with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to build and maintain a client-focused and team-based environment in each of the residences. Responsible for the quality of care for persons served. Follows all policies and compliance and ensures that the DSPs are trained, as well. Manages operations to maintain a healthy and safe environment for residents by developing replicable procedures and reliable means of communication with all stakeholders.

Provides positive and engaging support to individuals, assuring the needs of each person are met in their day-to-day life according to their individual plan of care and their personal dreams and goals, assist people who need support to lead self-directed lives so they can participate fully in our communities, follow the individual path suggested by the unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person they support, and to walk in partnership with the person, and those who are significant to them, toward a life of opportunity, well-being, freedom, and contribution.

Participates in on-call on a scheduled rotation and serves in a DSP capacity, as needed.

Requirements



  • Computer skills, work independently, & handle multiple tasks.


Physical Requirements



  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Experience



  • High school Equivalent
  • 1 year of medical insurance claims experience through patient accounts billing or claims management preferred.
