About the Role

Culmen International is seeking Lead Clinicians and Clinicians to support an upcoming Health and Human Services opportunity.

These positions may require working extended hours, weekends, holidays, and being on-call.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Assign intakes upon arrival to the clinical team.

  • Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, supervision, and training of Clinicians.

  • Monitor clinical documentation to ensure accurate and timely submission.

  • Conduct intake, admission, and diagnostic assessments with clients.

  • Facilitate transfers and reunifications.

  • Develop and maintain ongoing partnerships with community-based providers to ensure the needs of the youth are being met.

  • Collaborate with treatment team members and clients to develop treatment plans.

  • Provide weekly one-to-one counseling and crisis intervention as needed.

  • Facilitate psycho-educational and therapeutic client groups.

  • Continually monitor the mental well-being of clients, provide consultation, and arrange for appropriate services as needed.



Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work with 2 years post graduate direct service delivery experience OR
  • Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Sociology, or relevant Behavioral Science with 2 years post graduate direct service delivery experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science with 5 years clinical employment experience in Behavioral Science AND
  • Must be licensed to provide Clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in working with youth in inpatient, residential, or detention facilities, or those with high-risk backgrounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
