Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Redpoint AML, SQL, Redpoint RPI, Redpoint RPDM, CDP Architecture, and CDP Functional. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced data solutions to drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced data solutions using Redpoint AML, SQL, Redpoint RPI, and Redpoint RPDM.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of CDP Architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in implementing CDP Functional models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data architecture and functional models.
  • Ensure data solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for data management, security, and governance.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on data architecture and functional models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys data solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize data solution requirements.
  • Ensure all data solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Redpoint AML, SQL, Redpoint RPI, and RedpointRPDM.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in CDP Architecture and CDP Functional models.
  • Have a proven track record of designing and implementing advanced data solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a deep understanding of data management, security, and governance best practices.
  • Be capable of providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Be able to work effectively in day shifts.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Possess strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Be able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Certifications Required

Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Redpoint Certified Professional

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $ 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
