Role: Senior/Lead - .NET Developer

Experience: 8 - 10 years of strong experience

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work onsite from the Client's office in Minneapolis, Mn. Remote work is not an option

Must Have Skills:

ASP .NET Core 8, Microservices, ASP.NET Core, Clean Architecture, Asynchronous Processing.

Implement asynchronous processing solutions such as Kafka, Azure EventHub, or orchestrations to support real-time data flow and event-driven architectures

Data Synchronization between legacy and modern systems,

Domain-Driven Design DDD

Experience with Azure services, observability tools, and modern search solutions

ORMs like Entity Framework (EF) or Dapper

RESTful API Development, Splunk, APM, Datadog, Azure App Insights, and ELK Stack for monitoring, logging and performance analysis

DevOps & CI/CD

Coding Standards, OOPs and Design Patterns
