Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking anHR Recruiter/Student Outreach Program Analystto join our team inDahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage recruiting processes, including advertising positions, coordinating interviews, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing and tracking candidates' resumes and transcripts, maintaining HR databases, and utilizing MS Word and Excel to support recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Active Secret Clearance
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, travel arrangements, and resume reviews.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, experience with building and maintaining HR databases, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
