The Opportunity We are actively hiring for an experienced Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, your duties and responsibilities are to find prospective residents for a senior living facility and furnish them with marketing information about the residence. After contacting potential residents and providing them with initial information, you help them make appointments to visit the retirement community and conduct tours of the different facilities that the community offers. After the tours, you make follow up calls to gauge their interest in becoming a resident. You may also communicate with caregivers or family members to inform them about the options for their loved ones and answer any questions they have.
