Job Description: Unit preparation Order supplies within budget Perform drywall repairs Painting Minor plumbing tasks Minor electrical work (lightbulbs, switches, outlets) Provide excellent customer service Schedule contractor visits Communicate with residents Access and respond to emails Clean vacant apartments Use hand and power tools Inspect property for damages Follow company policies Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to use ladders as needed Valid driver's license and insurance required May assist with exterior cleaning in cold weather Ability to climb, crawl, or kneel Must be mobile and physically active
