Shipping Support

* Ensure outbound LTL shipment paperwork is accurate and complete. * Enter shipment details into the TMS system as backup to Logistics. * Collect and match order paperwork from the warehouse. * Schedule LTL pickups with freight carriers. * Manage dock schedules for inbound/outbound shipments and flagpole entrance. * Communicate shipping due dates and pending orders to Flagpole Ops. * Distribute orders by ship date to appropriate warehouse departments. * Track consumption of shipping tubes per order. * Confirm items being loaded match shipping paperwork. * Verify hardware boxes and ground sleeve labels are accurate. * Confirm shipped orders in Acumatica & TMS, and pass to finance for invoicing. * Complete freight quotes and order entries as needed. * Assist with production orders, customer inquiries, and inbound deliveries. * Perform additional tasks as needed.
