About This Role:

This role will be a crucial position on our Digital Experience team, focused on digital marketing campaign execution and analysis. This role will be responsible for the execution, measurement, evaluation, and reporting of digital marketing programs. The ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns across key platforms is critical to success in this position.


Responsibilities

Execution and Optimization:

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives across paid social, search, and programmatic display supporting marketing and sales initiatives
  • Optimize channels to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Develop skills as channel expert to align strategy with goals

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Prepare program reporting with data-driven insights for stakeholders
  • Audit and evaluate campaigns to ensure optimal performance and optimize where needed

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to align on program requirements and overall campaign objectives.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Performance Measurement
  • Experience in Digital Marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, Programmatic Display platforms, Analytics platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Certification in relevant digital platform; or related agency experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to leverage advanced Excel functions and features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data visualization tools to analyze and interpret marketing data for optimizing campaign performance
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling reports for stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels, standard measurement practices and metrics, and industry best practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in auditing and evaluating marketing campaigns to ensure high performance and identifying areas for improvement

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $53,760-$97,000. This position is commission eligible. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
