Key responsibilities: * Schedules supplies and materials orders according to production schedule, and coordinates the delivery of parts/materials, resale items, services and equipment. * Controls the inventory of assigned products/materials in accordance with management goals. * Expedites requirements as needed. * Assists in supplier selection and acts as a primary contact with suppliers. * Conducts contract negotiations with suppliers, and resolves any problems concerning price, quality or delivery. * Works with accounting and receiving departments on invoices and receipts ABOUT YOU

* General inventory control knowledge * Effective time-management skills * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions * Ability to build collaborative relationships * 3 years' of progressive purchasing experience * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) * Working knowledge of Oracle * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. PAY & BENEFITS * Full-Time * Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire * Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
