Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a - 4p (30-35 hours/week) This full-time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant III, Staffing is responsible for supporting the Goodwill Staffing team with admin functions, identifying and increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications and positioning them appropriately for job opportunities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Other light office duties will be required. The right candidate will be able to "wear many hats" and make a significant contribution to the overall success of the whole company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Assist with office tasks including answering the phones, checking voicemails, and communicating the schedule to the Front Desk. * Work directly with Sourcer, Recruiter and Sales Executive to understand Staffing needs. * When requested, identify candidates and generate a pipeline, both active and passive, for approved and intended openings. * Execute creative and innovative recruiting strategies. * Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and scheduling interviews for the Staffing team. * Assist candidates through the recruitment process. * Assist candidates with offers through the onboarding process. * Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding. * Understand and deliver on the sourcing of passive candidates. * Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines. If the pipeline is not possible, work with the Staffing team to develop a recruitment strategy. * Understanding shifting business needs with the ability to change priorities with ease. * Applicant Tracking System: update and track all open requisitions of the candidate pipeline. * Calling applicants who have applied for positions. * Sourcing candidates who did not apply for positions. * Uploading and filing documents in an electronic filing system. * General computer work and other duties as assigned. * Assist staffing team by completing admin functions, identifying and providing potential candidates, passive candidates, and specialized, or hard-to-fill roles through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, social networking, and web sourcing. * Ensure the sourcing databases are updated daily: all data is captured, updated, and reported accurately. * Maintains general and functional market expertise and leverages this knowledge to develop a best-in-class recruitment strategy. * Meets or exceeds Staffing Team metric goals. * Create and send recruiting emails. * Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, salary, availability, and more. * Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities. * Support the Staffing Coordinator with office operations. * Ensure new hires are onboarded properly; this will include but is not limited to; new hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, background checks, DIY/safety training, and any other required items for Goodwill or the Client. * Work in partnership with HR to understand and comply with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) measures and guidelines and stay up to date on legal requirements. * Work in partnership with HR to understand Affirmative Action compliance and maintain accurate documentation with job descriptions, job postings, applications, interview notes, and job offers through the applicant tracking system (ATS). Education: * A High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) is preferred. Experience: * 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience. * 1 year of Recruiting or Sourcing experience. Other * Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to follow through with full cycle recruiting and building talent pipelines. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with candidates, management, and hiring Coordinator. * Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet and Intranet searches; working knowledge of MS PowerPoint. * Must have experience working in data software systems. * Work effectively with diverse people including persons with disabilities and disadvantages, people at all levels of the company, outside community partners, vendors, job applicants, and candidates. * Must be able to exercise discretion with confidential information related to the company and its employees. * Must be able to work with a team to understand the technical and professional requirements of the role, office functionality, and how it fits into the organization. * Previous experience using ATS is preferred. * The incumbent will be required and must have the ability to drive for company business*. *Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, they must be at least: * 19 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation), * 25 - 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services, * 21 years of age for CDL. Applicants/employee will be required to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check; applicants/employees must disclose all moving traffic violations or vehicle crashes (within the last three (3) years)(Note: not all violations are a disqualification for employment and each case will be reviewed by the insurance carrier); must have valid Colorado State driver license; must also be able to operate company vehicle, and adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws governing vehicle operation.
