  • Level 1 Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73(minimum) - $23.41(midpoint) - $28.09(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

  • Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.92(minimum) - $26.15(midpoint) - $31.38(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

What You Will Be Doing

  • Setting up and operating a variety of different CNC Machines or Grinders to process and manufacture materials to customer and company requirements and specifications.

  • Conducting tool offsets, changes and editing programs on machines and equipment as needed.

  • Completing required process checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial/depth indicators, optical comparators, laser mics, etc.

  • Processing and machining materials per company and customer work instructions and specifications.

  • Performing mechanical assembly work, particularly with small intricate components, ensuring quality metrics for the customer and company are being met.

  • Executing testing and calibration processes on parts, with a keen understanding of pressure, flow, leaks, tolerances, and yield.

  • Performing special process operations, including by not limited to heat treat operations, bonding, brazing, plating, anodizing, etc.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications and GD&T

  • Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.

  • Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.

  • May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations

What We Are Looking For

  • Level I:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous machining, assembly or test experience preferred

  • Basic mechanical aptitude required

  • Level II:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of experience within a manufacturing setting desired

  • Basic knowledge of machines and equipment functionality, and how tools could be used on such equipment/machines

  • The ability to accurately provide the information requested on specific forms, reports, and logs. This includes the ability to see details, generate or transcribe appropriate words, numbers, letters, marks, labels, signs and symbols.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
