Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Docker Container TIBCO Adapters TIBCO Business Works TIBCO BW Container Edition Tibco Cloud Integration Data Integration YAML Kubernetes XML Schema Definition (XSD) TIBCO Rendezvous TIBCO Hawk TIBCO EMS TIBCO Administrator TIBCO ADB Adapter Java JSON Rest API XML XSLT SOAP and Java Message Service. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO BW Container Edition
• Implement and manage Docker Containers for application deployment and orchestration
• Utilize TIBCO Adapters to connect various systems and applications seamlessly
• Leverage Tibco Cloud Integration for efficient data integration and management
• Create and manage YAML files for configuration and deployment purposes
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters
• Design and implement XML Schema Definitions (XSD) for data validation and transformation
• Utilize TIBCO Rendezvous for reliable messaging and communication between systems
• Monitor and manage system health using TIBCO Hawk
• Implement and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS
• Administer and configure TIBCO environments using TIBCO Administrator
• Develop and manage database integrations using TIBCO ADB Adapter
• Write and maintain Java code for application development and integration
• Utilize JSON for data interchange between systems
• Develop and manage REST APIs for application communication
• Implement XML and XSLT for data transformation and presentation
• Develop and manage SOAP-based web services
• Utilize Java Message Service for reliable messaging between applications
• Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Document all development and integration processes for future reference
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in software development and integration
• Must have expertise in Docker Container TIBCO Adapters TIBCO Business Works TIBCO BW Container Edition Tibco Cloud Integration Data Integration YAML Kubernetes XML Schema Definition (XSD) TIBCO Rendezvous TIBCO Hawk TIBCO EMS TIBCO Administrator TIBCO ADB Adapter Java JSON Rest API XML XSLT SOAP and Java Message Service
• Must have mandatory domain experience in Payer
• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Nice to have experience with Agile development methodologies
• Nice to have experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Certifications Required

TIBCO Certified Professional Docker Certified Associate Kubernetes Certified Application Developer

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $116,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
