Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days Remote

We are seeking Workday Senior Platform Engineers who are passionate about developing highly resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the core Finance technology. As part of a team that's leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Client's Finance Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation of functional and technical processes/platforms and bring your expertise to drive innovative design & solutions.

General Responsibilities:
* Work with Tech Lead and product owners to understand desired Workday Finance module, application capabilities and testing scenarios
* Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating Finance value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
* Design and deliver solutions in Workday platform with "modules for extensions", "Prism", "Extend" & "Integrations" across the Finance modules of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
* Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders, and influence solutions across business partners
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with Finance partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
* Continually research, test and stay up to date on Workday Technology & Platform updates, fixes, and capabilities
* Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation & maintenance
* Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
* Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree & at least 9+ years' experience in Workday FINS architecture and platform engineering on Finance platforms (Prior Peoplesoft experience is plus)
* Experience designing and developing integration solutions
* Experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
* Experience working with Workday platform with "modules for extensions", "Prism", "Extend" & "Integrations" across the Finance modules of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers
* Experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Prism, Extend, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions
* Experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
* Workday Integration Developer certifications (Preferred)
* Designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend
* Experience with AWS, GCP, MS Azure or another cloud service
