2025 Business Services Summer Internship Program New York As an intern In Business Services, you'llhelp us deliver innovative and efficient services around the strategic direction, implementation and ongoing management of Macquarie's workplaces, business resilience and procurement activities. In this role, you will build your knowledge on procurement processes, real estate operations, resilience planning, and data management. You will mainly support the following teams while gaining exposure across the division: Group Procurement, where you will assist in developing sourcing strategies to deliver commercial outcomes, manage supplier risk, and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Corporate Real Estate, focusing on creating and managing sustainable, inclusive, and innovative workspaces that foster collaboration and innovation, you will have an opportunity to contribute to reviews of the Macquarie Americas Real Estate portfolio, utilizing data and AI to drive commercial and operational opportunities. What does our program offer? As part of this ten-week internship with Business Services, you will: Complete meaningful and challenging work allowing you to gain practical experience. Take part in an orientation where you'll learn about Macquarie's business groups with your fellow Macquarie interns and receive training. Receive support and guidance from your manager and aligned mentor. Participate in philanthropic and social events to connect you to our inclusive culture. Present a project to senior management, showcasing your contributions and learning outcomes. What you offer You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This internship is for students expecting to graduate and complete your studies between December 2025 - June 2026. You are interested in business services functions such as procurement, corporate real estate, or data analytics. You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships. You have a passion for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. You are proactive, resourceful attitude complemented by a strong work ethic and strong attention to detail. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey your ideas and opinions. BSD Central, supporting the operational management of the Business Services Division across areas like risk governance, sustainability, and data utilization.
