Job OverviewOur Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team is searching for an impactful Manager to lead our National Alternative Coverage Solutions (ACS) and Small Cells team! This Manager role is multifaceted, providing expert leadership, guidance, and stakeholder support in key areas such as site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, and quality standards. This highly impactful role requires a blend of leadership, expertise, and forward-thinking vision to drive our organization into a new age of operational perfection. It will be the central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, resourcing, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and construction initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and process improvements is paramount. The Development Manager is adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Manager must be able to work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential. Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
