This Manager role will be a key member of Corporate Development's Transaction Team. They will advise and execute on potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as more generally evaluate financial and strategic opportunities and considerations, in partnership with Capital One business partners and key stakeholders, relating to businesses that Capital One operates or may consider entering. In this role, you will work in support of Capital One's overall corporate goals and will work closely with other areas of Capital One to bring an integrated, cross-functional perspective to these opportunities. You will support all phases of the transaction process, including negotiation, structuring, due diligence and integration. You will ensure the process is well-managed, and advise partners throughout.
