- Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff
- Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and communication of the cybersecurity program and ensuring the program aligns with the bank's IT strategy, business objectives, mission, and values.
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure successful implementation and functionality of security requirements that are consistent with the bank's mission and goals.
- Assess the potential impact of cybersecurity risks to understand how the risks can affect the bank's operations; prioritize efforts to secure the most vital aspects of the business and minimize potential disruptions, data breaches, noncompliance, financial penalties or reputational risks.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments, oversee ongoing testing and monitoring of risks and controls to ensure compliance with established documentation, and develop remediation plans for identified gaps to reduce risk to an acceptable level.
- Perform cyber risk trend analysis and reporting, including board reporting.
- Execute risk analyses to identify cybersecurity risk and potential impact of a system or application undergoing updates or significant changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to and business line leaders to identify security requirements that align with business agility, innovation, and growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert to align cybersecurity risk management with overall business objectives. Understand the organization's strategic goals and ensure that cybersecurity measures are integrated seamlessly.
- Provide knowledge and expertise in government regulatory processes and documentation, including but not limited to Risk Management Approach (RMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, and policies and procedures.
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and new solutions which may impact the environment.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in cyber and/or Risk Management or related field preferred
- 6+ years' experience with Cybersecurity Administration and Defense
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within the 1st year of employment
SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Occasional travel within the Park National Bank footprint to be expected. This role is hybrid with expectations of M - W on-site in our Newark, OH or Miami, FL office. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
