Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for providing Linux System Administration and SSP/Security support for the program. Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages Linux operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Required: Linux (Red Hat/Rocky, CentOS) and Latte 'Art / SSP, STE/STN support. Desired: Ansible, FreeIPA, RedHat KVM, NetApp support, JIRA, Confluence. Any scripting experience (Bash, Python, Perl, Jason, etc) The Level 1 System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities:

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Pay Range: 135,000-183,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
