We are searching for a talented RN *UP TO $15,000 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS* Hours: 36hrs Shift: Evening/Night shift with weekend, holiday and on-call rotation; 12 hours on call in a 6-week schedule; 7:15pm - 7:15am Location: Family Center - St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA *SIGN-ON DETAILS * $15,000 with a minimum 3+ years of Family Center nursing experience. * $12,000 with 1+ years of Family Center nursing experience. * $10,000 with less than 1 year of Family Center nursing experience OR 1+ years of hospital RN experience. * Must be a new hire OR a rehire termed greater than 1 year to be eligible A career at Southcoast Health offers you: A culture of well-being that embraces, respects, and celebrates the rich diversity of one another and the communities we serve

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served. Qualifications
