Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to assume the role of Sr. Director, Cross Border Value Proposition and Segment Strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and development of our cross-border business through initiatives focused on merchants, issuers, end consumers and other 3rd party stakeholders delivering incremental value beyond core payments. The successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive and innovative strategy that enhances our value propositions across corridors and effectively targets our global customer segments. By leveraging market insights, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence, this leader will develop and implement strategies across loyalty, offers and benefits platforms, affluent customer initiatives, eCommerce, travel, and key underpenetrated industry segments. This role will interact extensively with regional, market and product teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals, driving near-term commercial impact and fostering long-term sustainable growth. Essential Functions
Basic Qualifications * Proven experience in a senior strategic role within a global organization, focusing on cross-border initiatives and/or consumer and merchant loyalty. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300 to 278,850 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
