The Export Coordinator provides export coordination primarily ensuring that the Customer Service group has the available appointments and logistics support to schedule and move product for export. Analyzes our distribution network and transportation options, making recommendations that directly affect the volume of product that can be exported. The Coordinator will confirm the transportation plan is communicated to all the loading facilities and confirm the release of daily sales orders. Coordinates documents between facilities and makes sure they are received and accurate. Reports and tracks errors/issues with facilities and logistics providers. Assists in the scheduling and routing of shipments. Provides backup support to the Customer Service group, assisting coordinators as needed to smooth out workloads. Core Responsibilities
