The Director will play a critical role in enabling cross-functional improvement efforts for the company's "most important things" and driving measurable outcomes.

Key areas of focus include but are not limited to: mergers and acquisitions, operational transformation, sales force enablement, back-office transformation (Finance, HR, IT), and the adoption of game-changing technology.

The Director of Corporate Transformation will support the Vice President in orchestrating transformation efforts across the company by taking on two primary responsibilities:

  1. Smart Strategic Leadership

    • Help structure ambiguous problems, organize cross-functional teams to execute solutions, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively.
    • Act as a catalyst to move key initiatives forward and deliver measurable outcomes.

Day-to-Day Execution:
The Director will collaborate closely with the Vice President, executive sponsors, and functional leaders to:

  • Execute corporate transformation strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Support the design, orchestration, and activation of transformation initiatives to ensure they are executed end-to-end with transparency and accountability.
  • Drive alignment, continuous improvement, and the adoption of best practices across all transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders, including executive leadership, functional teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor progress, key metrics, risks, and issues, and escalate appropriately to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for resolving challenges in transformation efforts.
  • Foster a culture of business acumen, innovation, and results-oriented execution.

Candidate Experience & Skills Requirements:
