Tool & Die Technician I (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a Tool & Die Technician I to be based out of Thomasville, GA. Reporting to the Maintenance Shift Lead, the Tool & Die Technician will be responsible for changing all head tooling, cleaning all tooling components properly and performing basic troubleshooting skills on support systems.

What you'll do:
Tool & Die Technicians' responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain tooling in acceptable working condition
* Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
* Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately

What you'll bring:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Machine operation or mechanical skill set experience.
* Knowledge of steel or manufacturing processes desired
* Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Within 3 months, you'll:
* Complete any required training
* Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.
* Be well-versed in Atkore's Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations
